Vehicle is remotely locked unless a valid rental agreement is in force, preventing unauthorized use of vehicle. Vehicle is immobilized until driver enters password on keyboard. If driver presses a distress button in the vehicle, the exact location is immediately transmitted to the central office, pinpointing where assistance is needed. Mileage and fuel levels at start and end of rental contract are automatically recorded in appropriate leasing contract forms.
